Brienna Wagner
FOUNDER & PARTNER
Hello, I’m Brienna Wagner. I am the founder and owner of In Good Company. I am a designer, creative consultant, and construction specialist with over 20 years of design experience within home and home products. At a young age I developed a true love for artisans, craftsmanship, and the manufacturing process. My career started at Crate & Barrel where I fell in love with all things related to the home. I have traveled the world and have a deep knowledge of product design, trends, and home that I'm eager to share with others. Fortunate to have worked for some great companies, I ventured on my own to have greater flexibility to raise my family.
I love collaborating with others and thrive on the creative process. Innovation is what makes a design stand out. If something I make or influence makes someone stop & smile then I have done my job! I currently reside in the Milwaukee area with my husband, 3 children, and four-legged friends June & Winnie.

Matthew Kerr
INTERIOR DESIGNER & PARTNER
Hi, I'm Matthew, a licensed Interior Designer and visualization specialist at In Good Company. I strive to make our design process and the designs themselves as understandable as possible. It's important that everyone knows what options they have during the process, and what the choices they've made will look like prior to construction. Sharing concepts visually in drawings and 3D computer models is the best way to make sure everyone understands how their spaces will look and function. Through this process we can quickly iterate concepts until everyone is satisfied with the outcome.
I've been fine tuning this visual approach to design decisions since 2000 when I became a professional designer. Since that time I have also literally gone "back to the drawing board" to get my MFA in Traditional Illustration so that I may communicate concepts as beautifully as possible.
I aim to use my deep understanding of space planning, composition, color and architectural rendering techniques in support of In Good Company's unrivaled client care and creative designs. In short, I'm here to help and look forward to working with you!

Melissa Wesermann
OPERATIONS MANAGER & PARTNER
Hi, I’m Melissa Wesemann and I'm the Operations Manager and Partner. Before joining In Good Company, I spent over a decade at 3M Company as a Global Product Manager, where I specialized in industrial safety equipment and developed a deep love for process, problem-solving, and working directly with people (fun fact: I spent a lot of time on industrial jobsites and even learned how to weld!).
After joining Brienna and Matthew, I quickly fell in love with the world of interior design. I bring a background in business and project management, and I thrive on clear communication, thoughtful organization, and making sure every detail runs smoothly behind the scenes.
I live in the Lake Country area with my husband Craig, our three daughters, and our fur babies. I love running, reading, watching my daughters dance, and volunteering with local animal shelters.
