Our unique design showroom and event space is located in the heart of downtown Oconomowoc, WI. It’s the perfect spot to host your next off-site corporate meeting, personal special occasion, or space to work remotely and meet with clients.
We offer weekday access at a group or individual rate, and weekend meeting or event rentals for a flat fee.

The Studio is conveniently located in downtown Oconomowoc at 132 E. Wisconsin Avenue. Please note that our entrance is not directly on Wisconsin Avenue. We are situated at the back of the Marketplace Building, between Chase Bank and Roots Coffee Shop. Enter through the parking lot closest to Fowler Lake. From our studio’s glass doors, you’ll enjoy a beautiful view of Fowler Lake, with a scenic walking path right outside.

The Studio is approximately 1,700 square feet and can comfortably accommodate gatherings of up to 49 people.

There is a large public parking lot right outside our front door for your convenience.

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

The Studio features an ADA-accessible entry as well as two ADA-accessible restrooms.

Yes, you can bring in or cater your own food and beverages. You can also use our kitchenette to store and prepare items. Alcohol is permitted, but please note that In Good Company cannot sell or provide food or beverages.

Yes, feel free to decorate the studio. However, decorations must not damage the walls or surfaces. No nails or holes are allowed.

Renters are responsible for any damages caused during their booking. A portion of the deposit may be retained to cover repair costs if necessary.

While we aren’t a traditional event hall, we provide seating in social group arrangements for all guests. Additional tables and chairs can be rented for an extra fee.

Cleaning supplies and trash bags
Additional amenities such as a Keurig, tables, and chairs are available to rent. Please bring your own utensils if needed.

Additional hours are available for $125 per hour. We recommend considering extra time to ensure you have ample opportunity for setup and cleanup before and after your event, so everything runs smoothly without feeling rushed.

To receive your cleaning deposit refund, ensure the space is picked up and left in good condition. Refunds are typically processed within one week after your event.
